Our work focuses on long-term impact, not short-term results. From native tree plantation to river conservation, sustainability is at the core of every initiative.
Pasaydan’s work is driven by dedication, consistency, and a deep sense of responsibility towards society, nature, and future generations.
Pasaydan Social Organization was founded in 2017 in Pachegaon village, Taluka Nevasa, District Ahilyanagar. Inspired by Snehalaya, a group of socially conscious youth came together to work for environmental and social change.
For the past 8–9 years, Pasaydan has actively worked to protect rivers from illegal sand extraction. This continuous struggle has helped safeguard river ecosystems and preserve natural resources for future generations.
With the support of donors and volunteers, Pasaydan has planted more than 3,000 native trees such as Peepal, Neem, Jamun, Umbar, Bel, Mango, Naral,Banyan,Coconut,Mango and Kanchan. These trees are mainly planted along roadsides and villages with a survival rate above 95%.
Pasaydan has supported poor and needy rural patients by arranging transportation, medical guidance, and financial help. Through cataract surgery camps, more than 50 patients have regained their eyesight either free of cost or at minimal expense.
Through free access to books, magazines, and study materials, Pasaydan has supported rural students who later succeeded in administrative services, Indian Army, Police, and Home Guard positions. All educational support is provided completely free of cost.
“Pasaydan is doing selfless work for society and nature. Their dedication towards tree plantation and service to people reflects true values of humanity. Such efforts bring real change and inspire generations.”
